Due Stelle s.r.l. provides the users of its website (hereinafter, the "Site", accessible at http://lagodorato.webteklab.it/) with the following information, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the "G.D.P.R.") and the national adaptation legislation, jointly referred to as the "Applicable Privacy Law".

While browsing the Site, information is collected on users that constitutes personal data within the meaning of the Applicable Privacy Policy.

This information applies exclusively to the above-mentioned Site and does not extend to other websites that may be accessible via links on the same.

This information is required to enable the booking of a room or villa via the Site. Without the required information, the service cannot be provided.

Payment information

For payments, the user will be redirected to the relevant payment platforms. In these cases, Due Stelle s.r.l. does not process or store the data related to the transactions, as the processing is carried out directly by the payment platforms.

The processing of the user's personal data is aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the Site, the provision of services offered by Due Stelle s.r.l., the protection of the user's vital interests and compliance with current legislation, as well as other requirements of public interest.

Data are kept for the period necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the provision of services, and in any case no longer than ten years from their collection.

Storage beyond this period is only permissible in cases where it is necessary to fulfil legal obligations or for the protection of rights in court.

At the end of the storage period, the data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
